Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with Shopify. Shipping rates are based on your package’s weight. Some items are eligible for 2.50$ shipping within Canada (please see individual item listings).

Custom commissions are available for crochet pieces (plushies, bags, etc.) & for some jewelry and phone charms.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
No, we do not accept returns or refunds. All of our items are final sale. However, if your items arrive damaged, we may be able to provide a store credit or refund. For all customer service inquiries, send us an email at contactzone1111 @ gmail.com.
Where are your items from?
Each and every one of our pieces is either handmade by me or created & drawn by me and then manufactured. Recycled or secondhand materials are used as often as possible, for example for yarn & beads (check out the item description for more individual detail).
That means that you are guaranteed to find pieces as unique as you are (all while shopping small & sustainably!)
